The continuity rule came into force
Amendment I places the President beyond removal and Amendment III makes the Vice President the successor. With the Vice Presidency vacant the Union has no successor, so from today the registry will publish a Vice Presidential election on its own initiative if the Presidency goes quiet for 180 days. That is not a removal and cannot become one. See gov.mdu.pm/continuity.
